The Challenge
NSS are proud to play a part in this vision having successfully won Orbit Group’s most recent window cleaning tender.
NSS have been awarded 3 areas of Orbit Group’s estate including Southeast and the Midlands with over 640 properties. NSS provides window cleaning to sheltered accommodation blocks, supported living homes housing highly vulnerable people with living independently, general
housing, community halls and Orbit offices.

Mobilisation meetings included various stakeholders within the business to ensure everyone from the operational team to the Service Delivery Desk understood Orbit’s unique requirements before the contract commenced. NSS continue to provide consistency and high standards across the portfolio.
