The Challenge
Our client’s building was showing its age with the ripples along the asphalt substrate now starting to crack allowing rainwater to penetrate and cause internal ingress.

The Solution
NSS jet washed the roof substrate clean, removing any previous disintegrated solar reflective coatings to a feathered edge.
All plant equipment housed on the flat roof was carefully raised to allow the NSS operatives to encapsulate the flat roof with Liquasil liquid coatings embedded with reinforced
matting to provide a durable watertight solution.
Once cured all plant equipment were reinstated onto rubber feet to help spread the load and all upstands were renewed with plyboard, encapsulated in Liquasil and terminated accordingly.
Our team were able to show their expertise in coating application using Liquasil liquid coatings, meeting our goal of providing a ‘Dependable Service’ whilst delivering a quality job in the heart of storm season.
NSS completed all works ahead of
schedule.
