The Project team were instructed by Tolent Construction to fully refurbish an old Homebase unit roof prior to a new incoming tenant taking the property.
The scope of works involved a new Girosil RC liquid roof coating, new GRP external skin roof lights and gutter refurbishment in Girosil RC-G. The roof was fully edge protected and safety netted in line with “The safest way” and all completed works came with a product warranty provided by Giromax liquid coating supplier.
