Working in conjunction with our client Husco, based in Runcorn, our maintenance division undertook a comprehensive renovation project.

Our maintenance division’s management team took the project lead. Collectively they have over 60 year’s experience and are supported by their team of 30 fully trained industry experts in the field.
Customer challenge
Husco’s building was showing its age. The roof comprised coated roof sheets, some of which were failed while others were exhibiting classic cut edge corrosion to sheet ends. Outer walls were weathered and worn.
NSS installed 255 M2 of new roof sheets, and refurbished verticals, solving issues with water ingress. All sheets were then sprayed using GIROSIL RC spray to designs and colourways specified by Husco, substantially improving the visual aspect of the building whilst access and scaffolding arrangements were in place. The opportunity was taken to further improve the building by installing new guttering to the front facade.
Our team were able to show their expertise in coating application using Giromax’s new range of moisture tolerant liquids, meeting our goal of providing a ‘Dependable Service’ whilst delivering a quality job in the heart of storm season.
NSS completed all works ahead of schedule.
